Phone Inventory Counts are required twice a day. They are to be completed EVERYDAY in the morning prior to OPEN and EVERYDAY at CLOSE prior to leaving.
Select Inventory Menu>Inventory Physical Audit>Perform Standard Serial Audit
Enter Your System Password
Scan ALL phone IMEIs and Sim Cards (double check to ensure all are scanned)
Select Save>Yes
If the Screen Shows as below indicating that serial numbers were not scanned,
notify your manager/DM immediately so that they can send you the list of missing items. *Follow up with pictures of any missing items as soon as possible in order to resolve these items ASAP.

Research/Look for missing items and add the items into the count once found. We should not close out the inventory count without identifying the missing items.
Once the count is completed and verified the Screen will Show as below, select Yes
If you have any missing/not scanned items, you need to notify your Manager/DM immediately and complete a recount.
Do not save the Physical Audit until all missing items are verified
