When your manager invites you to ScheduleBase, you'll get an email with a secure link to log into your account and set your password.






2. Complete Your Profile




Notification Preferences
With your password set, you're ready to set up your notification preferences and availability.

Update your email address, and enter your cell phone number and select your carrier, to receive an email and/or text message when your schedule is posted or updated.



Availability Preference
Add your regular availability preference, so your manager knows which days and times you can typically work.


3. Enter Your Availability

Enter when you can usually work each day. If your regular availability changes (i.e. summer hours, school schedule, etc.), just add a new availability pattern and select when it starts.





4. View Schedules




Use the free mobile app or any browser to see when you work.

Receive email and/or text notifications when your schedule is posted or whenever changes are made.


5. Submit Requests

If there's a change to your availability (i.e. time off, sick) or you need to communicate with your manager, just click a day on the schedule to submit a request. Your manager will be notified and can update the schedule, if necessary.
