Key points:
- Dealer employees must check eligibility with every customer to see if they are eligible for Unlimited OR Lite Plans (customers will not qualify for both).
- If the customer qualifies for Lite Plans, right fitting will be important to ensure a limited data bucket fits their needs.

Customer Onboarding – Once you’ve sold Home Internet, there’s just a couple steps we want to take to onboard the customer
- Insert the MbTM SIM Card & remove the T-Mobile SIM card that comes with the device
- Remove the Quick Start Guide that comes in the box. Insert MbTM’s version of the Quick Start Guide (attached)
There are just 3 easy steps for customer installation
- Position the device in a window, upstairs that gets great cell service
- Plug it into an outlet
- Download the T-Mobile Internet app on your phone and use it to scan a QR code that’s on the Home Internet device – For an even better customer experience, download the app for them before they leave by scanning the QR Code below
