Key points:
  • Dealer employees must check eligibility with every customer to see if they are eligible for Unlimited OR Lite Plans (customers will not qualify for both).
  • If the customer qualifies for Lite Plans, right fitting will be important to ensure a limited data bucket fits their needs.

Customer Onboarding – Once you’ve sold Home Internet, there’s just a couple steps we want to take to onboard the customer

  1. Insert the MbTM SIM Card & remove the T-Mobile SIM card that comes with the device
  2. Remove the Quick Start Guide that comes in the box. Insert MbTM’s version of the Quick Start Guide (attached)

There are just 3 easy steps for customer installation

  1. Position the device in a window, upstairs that gets great cell service
  2. Plug it into an outlet
  3. Download the T-Mobile Internet app on your phone and use it to scan a QR code that’s on the Home Internet device – For an even better customer experience, download the app for them before they leave by scanning the QR Code below
